SiBarge and his hobby horse

I painted these up for a Saga Mead Hall Age of Crusades event in November. They are 3d prints with a very basic paint scheme. Undercoated white and then contrast red and black paint. For the black dudes I did the whole mini in black and then dry brushed on silver and added leather straps. For the red guys I did the metal parts in contrast black before adding steel. The horses were a doddle to paint as there are only a few legs, ears and noses to do. Most are contrast brown, but I added a few black and white or grey. I finished off with some mighty brush decals, a bit of sand on the base and some tufts. I used metal spears on some of the vertical weapons. The printed lances were surprisingly durable. I use lucky varnish ultra Matt on the fabric areas and humbrol gloss on the metal parts. STLs are from Black Knight miniatures. I made some specific fatigue tokens from Medbury miniatures praying knights. This is a very basic Hospitaller force of 24 Hearthguard knights and a leader. I shoul
